主要研究领域 Research Interests

主要研究领域为教育政策与管理。重点关注研究生教育、教师学术职业与教师专业发展、跨学科研究生培养、高等教育质量保障等方面。

My main research area is education policy and management. My interests focus on postgraduate education, academic profession and faculty professional development, interdisciplinary postgraduate training, quality assurance on higher education, etc.
