别敦荣博士简介

别敦荣，教育学博士，亚洲成成品网站有线教授、院长、博士生导师。兼任教育部本科教学评估专家委员会委员，全国教育专业学位教学指导委员会委员，山东省高等教育专家咨询委员会委员，中国高教学会院校研究会副理事长，中国学位与研究生教育学会研究生教育专业委员会副理事长，中国教育发展战略学会高等教育专业委员会副理事长等。长期参与教育部高等教育政策咨询研究，主持国家级、省部级课题多项，曾经主持40余所大学战略与规划的编制；曾赴法国、挪威、美国、日本、奥地利、加拿大、马来西亚、南非、俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、波兰、德国、西班牙等10多个国家和台港澳地区参会、讲学和访学。在高等教育原理、高等教育管理、大学战略与规划、大学教学与评估等领域取得了丰硕的研究成果，出版了《世界一流大学教育理念》《高等教育管理探微》《大学管理与治理》《现代大学制度：原理与实践》《中美大学学术管理》《高等教育管理与评估》《大学战略与规划》《大学教学改革》《高等学校教学论》《中国高等教育改革发展30年》等30多部著作，发表了300多篇学术论文。尤其在高等教育普及化、现代大学制度、大学战略规划理论与实践和大学教学理论与改革等主题开展了系统深入的研究，有着广泛而重要的影响。曾受邀为数百所大学作学术报告，对推动大学改革发展发挥了建设性作用。

Professor BieDunrong

Dr. Bie Dunrong is the Dean and professor of the Institute of Education, Xiamen University, China. He is the member of Expert Committee of Undergraduate Education, MOE and the member of the National Teaching Advising Committee for Professional Graduate Education. He has been an adjunct professor or research fellow of more than 30 colleges and universities. He acts as vice director of the Board of Chinese Society of Institutional Research and some other academic associations. He has published more than 300 papers and over 30 books as author, editor-in-chief, co-editor and translator. He was a formal trainee of the 1991-1992 program at the International Institute of Educational Planning (IIEP), UNESCO in Paris, senior visiting scholar at Boston College in 2002, and visiting professor of Salzburg Forum in Austria in 2006. His academic fields mainly focus on higher education development and management, university planning and strategic management, and quality assurance and evaluation of higher education. He also acts as an adviser of university development and higher education policy-making in China. He has been invited to give lectures and courses to more than 200 universities and colleges at homeland and abroad.
